I have been helping writers for many years. In the past, I was hired by publishers and agents to help budding writers elevate the quality of their writing. These writers learned fast and went on to become best-selling authors. I was paid well for my services.
Word spread about my work and I began to get requests from the writers themselves. I took some of these on, and they became accomplished published authors. My fees remained high, because I followed the going rate offered by publishers.
When I settled in NE Texas, I lowered my fees to $50 an hour and worked with professionals who were having difficulty with promising beginners. All the newbies were published and paid since that is part of my mentoring process. I found agents for some writers and publishers for others. All part of my services to help writers.

WHAT YOU GET
I still provide these services to writers for the flat fee listed above. Usually, I need only 1 chapter or 1 story to find out what is wrong and that is that. If a writer wishes me to read and comment on an entire book, my fee can be negotiated.
